Who Is Ross Ulbricht and Silk Road?

Ross founded Silk Road in 2011, an anonymous e-commerce site using Bitcoin as a payment method on the Tor network that allowed users to conceal their computer’s IP address and hide their locations. He was originally sentenced to life in prison in 2015, after he was convicted of seven charges.  Ten years later, President Donald Trump  issued a pardon for Ross Ulbrich on January 21 2025.
